Better than tint sprays

I have used tint sprays in the past and it is kinda annoying to have to mask your car or remove the lights to smoke them. This is a great alternative, you don't need to remove your lights. Curves can be tricky, especially on the 5-Series so buy extra in case you mess up. The color is good, could be a little darker but I guess it would be hard to see your tail lights at night otherwise.

Ordered rvinyl tint film to wrap my rear reflectors and I'm super happy with the results. Ended up going with the smoked style, instead of pure blackout and it was the right decision, the look sooooooo dope. Great material to work with, installation was very easy but you will need a heat gun for sure. I've seen videos on wrapping cars, so this is a similar process. I ended up cold stretching the material where possible, trimming, then apply heat to finalize the shrink/wrap. Fantastic product I highly recommend, 5/5 stars and will be thinking of smoking my taillights too in the near future...

I got a set of custom tints for my E92. I wanted to have it with the reverse light cut outs, but they explained I needed to apply the film first and then trim them out. It makes sense since you need to heat and stretch it to properly fit. I trimmed them out with a snap blade, careful not to cut my lights. I get compliments everywhere I go in NYC.
