Installation wasn't too bad, was my first time, it's not perfect by any means. But one of my window sheets was folded on arrival. Looks like it happened during packaging. Installed anyway.
Took a bit and a couple "what's up" phone calls before we received our order. Customer service was very good both times and maybe a long lead time is normal. Very happy with the product and the ease of installation. My wife actually did the installation and it came out great.
