My attempt to install the tint on my car's front windows failed. It's clearly not as easy as the website and the installation instructions and videos seem to imply - I would be surprised if many do-it-yourselfers could manage to install without air pockets or proper fit at corners. Overall, customer support was responsive to my questions, but I consider the information provided to be misleading - I ended up wasting the money on this.
