I was hopeful that the rvinyl precut tint would save me a lot of money compared to what a shop would charge. But I found the installation much more difficult than I thought. I separately bought every tool i would need for the job, but the tint just wasn't easy to work with at all. It creased and bubbled incessantly and was difficult to get laid flat on the window even with a heat gun. Sadly, I'm left with a shoddy looking job., but I'll live with it.
Once you get the hang of it the process is pretty easy you just need patience.
