I understand the value of customer feedback, but to pester me with EVERY transaction about my "experience" is overwhelming and diminishes the customer experience. You should be able to decipher from my repeat business that I must be satisfied and happy with the service, product and/or interaction. How about asking me once every 6 months or once every 10 purchases?
Please stop asking for constant request for feedback. It's like a needy child that needs constant reassurance that he is a good boy. You're a good boy, now leave me alone.
