I went with the 4D carbon fiber wrap, in the pre-cut dash bezel trim kit that Rvinyl sells as the Rdash Dash Kit for Volkswagen Corrado 1990-1994 Auto Interior Decal Trim. (Ebay Item #331865672458) My particular car has a mid-year split with two slightly different dashes, and the Rvinyl kit actually did a good job of splitting the difference, requiring only very minor adjustments and trimming in order to fit perfectly. This was my first time ever doing a vinyl wrap installation myself, and the Rvinyl kit made it easy. The 4D vinyl film adhered nicely to the dash bezels (I did take the time to clean it all first with alcohol wipes) and despite a couple of very hot days in a black leather interior, I've seen no evidence of the wrap losing adhesion.
