You've done your research. You've browsed SW900, Rwraps™ and 3M™ 1080 Series wraps and you've decided on ORACAL® 970RA and for good reason: there's no thicker or DIY friendlier vinyl wrap on the market. The next choice is easy: which of the five Matte colors do you want? Choose from the following colors and get to wrapping ASAP:
970A Matte Vinyl Wraps Series ORACAL® vinyl wrap films are made for use without overlaminates so you can start wrapping as soon as you get your roll. And you can rest assured that, at 4 mil thick, these wraps make it easier to wrap even the craziest of curves and corners.
Unlike calendered vinyl or polyester films, this 970RA vinyl is made especially for wrapping. Features such as its RapidAir® technology help you to install the film without having to waste time and vinyl because it couldn't be quickly repositioned or slid into place. In other words, you can apply this Premium Cast Wrapping film as one piece. Another great characteristic of 970RA film is that it is sixty inches wide meaning that there will be fewer seams to disrupt the wrap’s flow so you'll have an easier installation experience and get higher-quality installation results.
ORACAL® Premium Cast Matte vinyl wrap films are engineered to last up to 5 years with regular care and maintenance. Be sure never to use alcohol-based cleaners or harsh and abrasive cleaners. Check out our Vinyl Wrap Aftercare article for more information and cleaning product suggestions.
These 970RA vinyl wraps have been specifically developed for long-term, complete wraps of fleet and personal passenger vehicles in solid, opaque colors. Due to their thickness and their cast manufacturing method, they conform easily over curved surfaces, rivets and corrugations.
Also very similar to 3M matte military green.
