I have a 2006 Mustang GT Convertible, and I wanted my car to stand out at the local cruise-ins and car shows. I decided to install the woodgrain dash kit from RVinyl. Many don't like woodgrain in a sports car, but I happen to like it, since I'm not a huge fan of black plastic. I got the smaller kit, and used the kit as an accent, rather than slathering it all over the interior. It was a great touch and added just the right amount of zing to the interior. Additionally, almost nobody with a Mustang of my model has this, so my car stands out. I got quite a few complements at a recent car show, where my car won Best of Show. Installation was fairly simple. The biggest piece of advice is TAKE YOUR TIME and PREP THE SURFACE properly. I cleaned the surface several times, and when I got it cleaned, I cleaned it again. I prefit the pieces several times, and made sure the temperature of the pieces and the interior of the car were warm enough. I used a hair dryer for my application. The final result was GREAT. Again, I opted to use it as an accent, rather than all over the car. I only wish I could buy some pieces individually. At any rate, RVinyl is to be commended for a great product. Thanks, RVinyl!
