I finally had some off time to wrap my hood. The install was mostly trouble free. I watched almost all of the Rvinyl installation tutorials online before beginning this project and the "tips and tricks" given there really made it easy to complete. The end result was awesome and I really like the semi-matte look of the carbon fiber 3d vinyl.
The quoted price to fix the scratch on my hood was 4 times what I spent to wrap it. After getting the quote to paint my newly purchased body kit to match the factory metallic color ($$$$), I decided to wrap the rest of my car with Rvinyl Carbon Chameleon blue to give it a stealth look.
