In general, standard blades can be used with most varieties of sign vinyl although we do recommend a 60 degree blade for reflective and glow-in-the-dark sign films. As always, be sure to check your down force and speed settings before cutting any film types you have not used before to ensure optimal weeding
i was not sure if black could really fully reflect - it does! its great! bright and only very slightly less bright that pure white, but appears black without light on it the black mostly disappears and its reflects white with faint silvery grain.
The high reflectivity of this vinyl not only creates a safer working environment for us, but also allows for better accountability from our guys.
The hyper reflective vinyl looks great. It does bruise when trying aggressive curves but it said it would in the description so that's on me. The adhesive is quilted a bit more tacky than other vinyl I've worked with.
