What is Diamond Vinyl Film?
Our Diamond wraps are like metallic vinyl film on crack. They feature metallic flecks but with the intensity and look of crushed diamonds (hence the name). All of the films in this series feature a high-gloss finish which adds even more bling to the crushed gemstone effect. This, in combination with its multi-cast construction and air release liner, makes this Diamond Black Chameleon film as much a joy to install as it is to behold.
What Does Chameleon Finish Look Like?
Chameleon is just our way of describing the shade-shifting effect. 3M calls it Color Flip, Avery ColorFlow and ORAFOL Shift Effect but the basic premise is that the vinyl shifts through a range of hues as it moves through your field of vision. Have you ever seen oil in a puddle on the street? The iridescent effect you see on the surface of the puddle is a pretty good analog for the way our Chameleon vinyl appears.
Where Can I use this Chameleon Black Diamond Film?
You can use this Rwraps vinyl wrap anywhere you would use wraps. In other words, as long as the surface is non-porous (has no holes), is hard and, most importantly, clean, you can go right ahead and start wrapping. Some of the most popular end use applications for this film are as follows:
- Vehicle Dashboards
- Vehicle Hoods, Fenders and Mirrors
- Refrigerators
- ATVs
- Golf Carts
- Motorcycles
- Boats
- and more...
