SW900 Series Avery Dennison™ vinyl wrap films are made for use it right out of the box. There's no need to print or apply an overlaminate. And, since they're manufactured with dual color layers for dimensional stability and durability, you can depend on them not to discolor or deform even around the craziest of curves. What is a Dual Layer Wrap Film?

Supreme Wrapping 900 Series Film is a cast film made with two layers. This dual-layer consists of a colored and a clear protective layer which makes the film more durable and provides extra protection from the elements, scratches and debris. Because it is cast it conforms easily to curves and deep recesses, allowing for a smooth installation and a bubble-free wrap.

What Makes This Avery™ SW900 a Wrap Film?

Unlike calendered, polyester and cast films with wet application style adhesives, Supreme 900 films are made especially for wrapping. They have several features that make them easy to use such as Easy-Apply RS technology that allows to install the film have to waste time and vinyl because it couldn't be quickly repositioned or slid into place. In other words, you can apply as one piece. Another helpful feature of this SW 900 film is that it is sixty inches wide meaning that there will be fewer seams to disrupt the wrap’s flow so you'll have an easier installation experience and get higher-quality installation results.

 How Long Will Supreme Wrapping Series 900 Vehicle Wraps Last?

Avery Dennison™ Supreme 900 films are designed for a long life and durability. Gloss color wraps can last up to ten years, Metallic wraps have a durability of up to five years and black or white wraps remain color fast for up to 12 years. Specialty finishes have a shorter lifespan due to their unique look. Silver Conform Chrome wrapping lasts three years; black or blue conform chrome wrap two years; brushed metallic and carbon fiber wraps last four years.

Are SW 900 Vehicle Wraps Easy to Install?

 That all depends on your level of experience but a high-quality film like SW 900 will always be easier to work with than cheap, imported vinyl wraps. Avery™'s Easy-Apply RS technology lets you  reposition and slide your wrap into place. And, because it's only 3.2 mil thick and cast, the wrap adheres well to deep recesses, contours and flat surfaces. Supreme Wrapping films come standard in sixty inch widths, which lets you cover side panels, hoods and roofs with a single piece of material for faster application and seamless look.

Recommended Applications

Brushed metallic and carbon fiber finishes are great for race cars and high-end vehicles. They conform well to deep channels, rivets and corrugations. Conform Chrome Accent Film is a superior specialty wrap used for high-end vehicles, sports cars and any car chrome accents are desired. It conforms to curves, convex and concave shapes.
