Tail Light Tint Wrap Kit Description: |

What is this product?
This Rvinyl tail light tint film is a designed to bond to your tail lights with
a clear non-permanent adhesive giving your vehicle an aggressive look while
not significantly changing the output color of your lights. The wrap kits
unlike many spray smoke out kits can be removed after application. Our tint wrap
kits are a non-protective tint film that provides the aesthetic appeal, but not
the protection.
How do I apply this product?
After applying the headlight tint wrap film, you simply trim the excess vinyl with a
sharp blade or hobby knife (not included). What you have left is a
customized interior without the head aches and costs associated with
painting or "smoking" the lights of your vehicle. Application squeegee and detailed installation instructions are
included. A wet and heat application method is required.
How do I know which wrap size film to purchase?
Measure the surface area where the film is going to be applied. Take
into consideration any bends or compound curves that may need the material
to bend when wrapping. Then choose the most applicable size for your need. A
Tailor's Tape works well when measuring for bulk film.
Do tint kits protect my tail lights?
No, they are not a thick film like our Rvinyl Protection Tint Kits.
They are designed to change the appearance of you tail lights, but not
protect them from road debris.
What is the difference between Tint and Protection film?
Rvinyl Non-protective tint
film uses a transparent vinyl which is 3mil (.003")thick. These films are
not made from urethane, do not use optically clear adhesives, reduce light
transmission and provide no light protection. Rvinyl Protection Kits
are made from an optically clear 20mil (.020") thick clear film or a 17mil
(.017") thick color film.
Are your colored films legal on headlights for street use?
Our colored films may not be legal for
street use on primary lighting. Please check your state or local laws before
application. Our colored films do not produce a blue or red light when lit.
All non-clear films are intended for off-road show car use only.
